My name is Clotilde, I'm half French and have a love of cooking. Professionally I work in the civil service, semi-professionally I'm a caterer.

From a professional perspective my expertise lies in mental health. When not working with clients, I devote a portion of my time to catering to large and small events.

Beyond that I am a mother and sometimes I even get to ride my horse, another of my life long passions.
